Bruce Lipton has been a big influence in my direction. His Biology of Belief was the first material I watched.
It changed the way I think about everything.
I became a Psych-K practitioner because I truly believe that a simple statement can change the cellular activity
in our bodies and create an better environment inside us on all levels.
I created Severance Play after realizing that acting, one of my professions, allows one to “believe” that they are someone else
therefore creating a space for change within us, by changing the environment for the time involved.
